Taste: the fruit immediately emerges in the mouth, softened by a pleasant acidity which makes it easy to drink. The light savory tannin is interesting and immediately refers to the grape variety of origin.
Pairings: its flavor and tannin at the end make it ideal to accompany raw oysters and shellfish. The favorite wine on hot summer days for a fresh aperitif.
