The story behind wine …: The first Roero D.O.C.G. “branded” Bajaj is from the 2015 vintage with 300 bottles. In 2019 we produced 2400 bottles of it in the face of an increasing demand for this wine, unbeatable for quality / price ratio. Maximum expression of the red wines of this area, it turns out to be a full-bodied wine, “important” but not too demanding. When you think of an elegant wine, harmonious as a sweet caress on the palate, you can only think of a Roero DOCG!
