Bajaj’s farm, is a single reality among the Roero hills, where tradition and innovation intertwine to narrate the true soul of a territory. Originally focused on planting fruits, vegetables and grape, the farm was able to transform itself over the time, keeping a strong bond with the territory and its excellence.

Since 2014, with the arrival of Adriano Moretti, the winery started a path of growth that brought it to be a benchmark in the production of native wines. Not only a winemaker, Adriano describes himself as a winelover, personally committed at every stage of vinification, from the care of the wines to the processing in the cellar. With an annual production of about 25.000 bottles, our wines are an authentic interpretation of our land, able to share unique nuances of Roero. But Bajaj is more than this. It offers experiences of wine – tourism for those who want to discover the magic of viticulture and taste the wines directly where they were born. In addition the agri-restaurant offers a kitchen inspired by the piedmontese tradition, with dishes cooked starting from local products, that celebrate the authentic tastes of the territory. The origin of the name

The use of the name “Bajaj” arises from the widespread tradition in these areas of giving nicknames (stranom) to families to distinguish them. The elders of the town say that the Lenoris family (Giovanni Moretti’s maternal family) was so called because it was composed of quiet people, who worked hard, but singing and celebreting when necessary!
